This is a DIY Kit for the Kid's Gingerbread House. This kit is made from MDF (Medium-Density Fiberboard) and is unpainted and unassembled. This kit includes the base, the house, embellishments, acrylic paint, paintbrushes, sponges, glue, and the instruction/Tips & Tricks sheet. (Paint colors will be the same as seen in the photo) Finished sign is 6 inches wide and 7.75 inches tall.
